Perfect for my daughters ages 7 & 9

The information is brief and kind. I love the throughline she touches on in every chapter: Your body knows what it's doing. It's puberty 101 with body positivity, inclusivity and reminders to watch out for marketing traps around beauty and diet. Will share with friends.

Nope.

If you are looking for a simple explanation of body changes for girls, then this is not for you. It was not for us either. Where are the books without agenda? Why does everything have to be “disrupting”? I just want a book on the natural evolution of the human body & mind for female kids who are changing into female young women. Where are those books? Not here. This is not helpful. This makes it even more confusing and I hope this review warns Moms who hoped for a helpful guidebook for their daughters. Call me “old fashioned”.
