Good job! I am a voracious reader and audible book listener. Few suggestions: #1 Drop the profanity, it diminishes your talent and good suggestions. You obviously want to bring humanity up and help us improve so present your material in this fashion. #2 Hire a professional to read, it will make a world of difference. #3 Decide what kind of book you are doing and who your potential audience will be because you have really good points between the awkward mentioning of your girlfriends, sex etc. You have what it takes - I can see it! I appreciated that you mentioned other sources that have benefited you such as the philosophy of Marcus Aurelius and the like. I have read them too and agree wholeheartedly and it gave your work more credibility because you are obviously passionate and seeking wisdom and wish to lead others to a better life. I truly admire your courage and hard work and look forward to buying more of your books! You have what it takes!

Good because it was different
This was a different read than I expected. I enjoyed that. The advise was solid, simple and practical.
I will never think of “cold showers” the same again!
