A Book for Every New Strength Coach
Breezed through this book and plan on going back to listen to it a 2nd or 3rd time because of the wealth of information to take away. As a young strength coach there's a lot of information to be learned and I feel this book has really given me a blue print on how to be successful in the field and in your life outside of coaching.

Read this if you’re SERIOUS about S&C!
This book was a huge eye opener as to the challenges to be faced within the magnificent profession of becoming a S&C coach! I will implement all that I have learned to become the best version of myself. A very informative and empowering read this was!

Excellent Resource
Coming from a young aspiring strength and conditioning coach-this book outlines what to expect and how to excel when entering the s&school game. I found the portion about what to include with cover letters, resume building, and taking site visits to be most helpful for what I can do now to improve myself. Thanks coach Mac.

amazing
this book was recommended to me by an instructor my senior year of undergrad, and I chose to wait to read it until about a year later. Long story short, that was a terrible decision.
This book is a must read for anyone even thinking of going in to the strength and conditioning field. It is one that I will read and re- read at least once a great.
