Publisher's summary

When stars fall, there’s only one way back up.

Buxton Peak’s bassist, Andy Smith, isn’t sure he can be the man Vanessa needs. When a chance meeting finds them at a cafe in London, Andy is only four months out of rehab and Vanessa is days away from returning to Nashville. A whirlwind romance ends in tragedy and loss. Can they find a way to patch up a relationship that spans across the Atlantic?

Andy’s best mate, Gary Owens, finds sobriety more difficult than he’d hoped. Temptations from a flirtatious American tourist don’t help. But Buxton Peak needs their drummer back, and Gary is the only person who can pull himself back to center stage.

Can the guys reunite with their rock band? Or will their out-of-control behavior be too much for Buxton Peak to accept?

Buxton Peak fans will love this little bridge between Book Two and Book Three of the series. Let’s rock!

I may be biased but I love this story!

Steve does such a great job bringing each character to life with so many different voices and personalities!

Good story

Buxton Peak: London Bridges is a sweet contemporary romance and the middle of the series. I’m glad I started with the first book and I recommend reading them in order. I enjoyed the storyline and the length was perfect for preparing supper and then clean up. The narrator gave a wonderful performance.

An interesting fun band mates music story. An engaging story as they figure out where they are heading with their love and living a band members again. This story full of emotion around music, love, and romance with a Christian setting. Beautifully narrated story in a wonderful British accent really pulling you into and amazing story that has to be listened to and looking for more from the Bruxton series.

Andy grows up

I enjoyed the part of the story where Andy was out of rehab and changing his life for the better. I was a bit disappointed that Vanessa gave up her standards for Andy. I would have preferred he marry her first. I can’t wait to see where the story continues from here.

Healing and forgiveness

This is Andy’s love story. He meets Vanessa in London when she is on vacation. He has been clean and sober for a few months after getting out of rehab for his drug addiction. Vanessa is from Nashville and is only in town for a couple of days when she meets Andy. They spend almost all that time together and hit it off. They have a connection that takes Andy back to Nashville with her. This is a sweet story of forgiveness, healing, and love. Although this story has no bedroom scenes it does talk about sex a lot and about drug use to some extent. The talk is not descriptive but the reader / listener should be aware.

unexpected

I wasn’t expecting to get a book from Andy’s perspective and I wasn’t sure how I’d enjoy it. I really enjoyed this character’s journey though and am excited for where this series is going. Good characters, new characters, loved characters. A lot of life and living.
