This is a must listen for any current and aspiring athletes looking to get better and have an edge. The audiobook is very well explained and flows easily from one chapter to the next. One of the best parts, that I found as a parent, were the parent's corner part where I felt like I was getting special advice and guidance just for me as the parent. There were also sections dedicated just for the athlete which I found very clever and helpful. A number of step by step challenge activities really helped to keep me engaged and to link to practical work we could do.
Also really enjoyed the short stories of athletes overcoming challenging mental situations in various sports,. This added some extra motivation and relatable situations.
WOnderful resource and highly recommend this one for both parents and athletes!!
