About this listen

"They Came from the Sea": a huge crab and a giant scorpion, ancient foes intent on battle, and woe betide anything or anyone who gets in their way.

"The Sands": Deadly beetles, each bigger than a man, swarming and frenzied in defense of an ancient temple.

"Space": A mutated spider threatens the ISS.

"Below": Giant scuttling Isopods swarm out of the depths, bent on feeding and mayhem.

All of this and more in this collection of creature features.

They come. We fight.

Great creature-feature shorts.

Mr. Meikle does a terrific job describing terrifying creatures and desperate situations. His characters are not always the dogooder types, thank goodness, but almost all are relatable. If you like “The Thing,” you will like these tales.
