This book was a great resource for guiding my young kindergarten students in daily mindfulness and meditation practices. It was so easy to just press play and follow along together. We did a few practices each day and picked up where we left off the next day. The routine became perfect for us and we were able to take the skills and apply them outside of class too.

We have this book and absolutely love it. However, sometimes my kids pay more attention to audio than my reading to them so I thought it would be a great idea to have the audible. I assumed this would be separated by each exercise so that we could easily select the ‘one’ we wanted to do. But instead it’s just one long chapter. :(
