The story wove the reality of Atlantic City today, its fall from grace but the hopes of revitalization and glory.

The reference to the monopoly game as it mirrored the shallowness of greed and callousness, makes one think of what should really guide us in life. The adventures of Max show us that we can learn and embrace the differences between us, and chart a course of substance. To learn from what we see in the mirror and see it for what it is.
