About this listen

They call him The Great Oz, but for Ozzy, sometimes life isn’t so great....

Over 20 years ago, at 17, the Blood Fury’s colors were inked onto Ozzy’s back.
But when the club imploded, he was one of the few who survived.
Throughout his life, the Original has made mistakes.
Too many to count.
Most didn’t matter.
Until the last one.
The one he regrets.
The one that left a mark.
Once he realized he screwed up, it was too late.
Now his urge to hit the road is strong, to go back to being a nomad tempting.
Recent events proved he never should’ve come back since being a rolling stone’s in his blood.
Because back then, he’d only joined the Blood Fury for one reason and one reason only...
Revenge.
Now, once again, nothing’s holding him in Manning Grove any longer.
Until someone tied to his past appears.
She makes him reevaluate his life choices, in both the past and for the future.
However, will he learn from his latest mistake, or is he destined to make the same one all over again?
Or will his choice be made for him once the truth is revealed?

Note: Blood & Bones: Ozzy is the ninth book in the Blood Fury MC series. As always, this book has no cheating, no cliffhanger, and has an HEA. It’s best to listen to this series in order. It’s also highly recommended to listen to Crash: A Dirty Angels MC/Blood Fury MC Crossover before Ozzy’s story.

Overcoming tragedy

In so many of the previous stories, Ozzy's always been a nomad and a true free spirit... in the bed and out. Shay is SO different than anyone he's ever been with.
This story touched me in so many ways. Overcoming tragedies, forgiveness and unexpected love in one excellent story! And the sex, whew!
Thanks, Ms St James, for all the wonderful hours of listening enjoyment.
The narrators were also excellent. They made the story come alive!

Love this series

I really enjoy the MC series this author has penned. I have read and listened and recommend the whole series. The performance of this book was stellar on Ms. Lucas part. The male narrator had a gruff voice that was perfect for Oz, but I had to adjust to make his part faster so it wouldn’t drag on.

yikes

I liked this book ok ( my least favorite ) but in this one I wish the male narrator would read Oz all the time. the 2 different voices messed it up because they were night and day. His was so sexy but she made him sound like a school boy .
I really hate the disrespect shown to the women he's with . If I went with a man I just started having sex with and all these young sweet butts were all over him I'm sorry but I'd walk out. And Oz seemed to be ok with it . I wouldn't be comfortable with hearing about the 3 somes , blow jobs , doing them in the butt and how it didn't matter where or who watched . I also wouldn't want the man wanting me to do a 3 some with another woman now 2 men I may consider that (😁) .
Maybe I have a narrow view point with this due to being cheated on. I wonder if Oz would be ok if she tried out his brothers ? And didn't he learn from losing Liz ?
The other books didn't seem as in your face with it like this one is. The others seemed to have respect and you knew all they wanted was the women they were with . Tric , Deacon, Judge, Rook , Shade and so on weren't like Oz so I liked their books better .
This one just made me feel yucky .

Oh Ozzy!

So, book 9 and the series is still so good I can't get enough! That is the magic of Jeanne St James and her fabulous flare for picking the best narrators. Ozzy is a difficult character, A horrible childhood, he is seeking revenge for the murder of his mother. But what does he find? He now lives for the club, nursing his heart after Liz left and taking in the sweet butts to suffice his needs. Not a happy man. That is until Shay. Walking into a room, she stir something in this dark man. She is in search of answers in Manning Grove and may not be prepared for what she finds out. St James has so much packed into this book, it's one of my favorites of this series. Some history of the original Blood Fury sheds light on Ozzy, some humor with Dutch that had me laughing out loud, and a twist I know I didn't see coming! It's a fantastic listen, making my heart hurt and putting it all back together. Bravo!!! Loved this one!

And to bring it alive and make this like a movie in my mind is the talents of Ava Lucas and Noah B Perez. Lucas is a favorite of mine, and her ability to adapt to each personality of these strong women is phenomenal. She finds the essence of each one, creates the temperament and gives it to us. Love her take on Shay! Noah B Perez could not have been better cast. Growlie, cranky, teddy bear, this man knows Ozzy and makes him real. He lets us in and makes us feel his pain and passion. This is an amazing listen!

Definitely a Favorite!

Blood & Bones:. Ozzy by Jeanne St. James is a definite favorite of mine in this series! Ozzy is a little older, not in his 20's or even 30's. So he's got a little life under his belt. This book redeems him from the a*hole that he tended to be in the last couple of books. Jeanne St. James is an amazing writer, she gives every character she writes depth and soul ..whether they're good guys or not. Ozzy has fallen in this book and has a deep dark secret that will likely make him lose the one he's fallen for.
The narration in this is phenomenal, in my opinion! Ava Lucas is fantastic as always. Such a beautiful talent! But I have to also say, I was blown away by Noah B. Perez! This was my first time hearing him, at least that I know of...and I had to turn the book off after I heard the first couple of pages...I was so stunned. I felt his voice in many places let's just say! He was absolute perfection as Ozzy, the deep rasp in his voice was beyond compare!! I'll be searching for more of his work! So again, this is a must listen and probably one I'll be listening to again! Thank you Jeanne, Ava and Noah!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Emotional Incredible Hot Wow 5*+

Blood & Bones Ozzy is such an emotional story it's heartbreaking and beautiful and at the end left me so excited I wanted to join a book club or call a friend to share all the details and discuss all that is so exceptional about Ozzy and Shay's story. Ozzy as a teenage 15 year old boy finds his mother murdered and it's sets him on a path to seek revenge that starts with becoming a member of an Motorcycle Club to find his Moms murderer Never did Ozzy expect how it would all play out including the woman he meets years later and how the only women he ever gave his whole heart and soul to how it affected her whole life. This is where I'm so desperately wanting to give spoilers but I don't want to ruin it for you. I loved this story . The performance of the narrators was excellent Not only does Jeanne St James write the best most addictive stories, she only has the best narrators perform them. Ava Lucas is a top favorite of mine she did an excellent job on this story Noah B Perez was awesome this was my first time hearing him narrate and wow he was excellent .
