About this listen
Millie was excited that her dogs, Rosie and Daisy had been invited to a birthday party for a little wire-haired terrier named, Jillie. This was Millie’s chance to get to know the neighbors within her community. They’d been avoiding her ever since the body-in-the-bushes incident. It was as if the community believed she brought chaos to the complex, which Millie felt was ridiculous. She was anxious to prove them wrong. Trouble and mayhem did not follow her around, or did it?
Unfortunately for Millie, the party doesn’t go as planned when a severed hand belonging to a murder victim was found in the ivy.
Join Millie and her friends in another fun Oceanside adventure.

Desperate for answers, Lana sneaks in as an extra, only to get stranded with Griffin Hart, an A-list action star with a reputation for good abs and bad decisions. But their meet-cute soon turns deadly when they uncover a Hollywood scandal for the ages.

Jazz Bashara is a criminal. Well, sort of. Life on Artemis, the first and only city on the moon, is tough if you're not a rich tourist or an eccentric billionaire. So smuggling in the occasional harmless bit of contraband barely counts, right? Not when you've got debts to pay and your job as a porter barely covers the rent. Everything changes when Jazz sees the chance to commit the perfect crime, with a reward too lucrative to turn down.

Millie attends a Doggie Birthday Party!
This author has created a great cast of characters, both human and four-legged. Millie is trying to fit in at her new Condo complex after being involved in a murder mystery shortly after moving in. When she is invited to a doggie birthday party, she knows that her two pups, Rosie and Daisy, will have fun. And, maybe she will begin to get past the rumors her previous adventure stirred up.
Unfortunately, the birthday dog finds a gruesome treasure and Millie is once again looking for clues into a murder! Add in the fact that her best friend's ex-husband is visiting and has somehow become involved in the mystery and her on again/off again relationship with "Officer Hottie Pants" and you have a great story!
The narrator does a great job in bringing the fun to life and adds a lot to this one. If you enjoy a cozy mystery filled with great characters, a lot of humor, fun relationships and pets, you will enjoy this book (along with Millie's other adventures!).
