Chalk full of recommendations
As someone who has struggled with many different GI issues for all my life, I wish I had this book as a resource many years ago. Its provided many different insights to my health struggles as I make the connections to what I've continued to consume. I highly recommend this book.

Great for food sensitivity/intolerance sufferers
This book is quite informative. I have particularly enjoyed listening to Chapter 3, where a clear difference is made here between food sensitivity, intolerance, and allergy. On a side note, the reader's voice was a bit robotic.

Couldn’t Finish
The narrator is very computer sounding with choppy clipped speech. It had some decent information, but you can find the information easily online. I skipped through to a later chapter hoping it would get better, but alas it did not.
