Publisher's summary

If you had told me years ago that I’d be writing a book about being a Christian nudist, I probably would have laughed and thought you were joking. But here I am, a woman who loves Jesus with all my heart, a woman who believes in the power of the cross, and yes—a woman who wholeheartedly embraces the beauty of living life in the nude. I’ll admit, it’s not the most common journey, especially in Christian circles. But let me tell you, it has brought me closer to God, deepened my faith, and helped me see myself—and others—through the eyes of grace.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved Jesus. I believe in His sacrifice on the cross and the freedom that comes from walking with Him. I am, without question, a die-hard Christian, and my relationship with God is the most important thing in my life. But one of the things God has shown me along the way is that the body He created—the body we so often hide, criticize, or feel ashamed of—is good. More than that, it’s a masterpiece, designed by God Himself, and there’s no reason we should feel the need to cover it in shame.

I’ll be honest with you, I wasn’t always comfortable with the idea of being naked. I grew up, like most people, learning that modesty meant covering up. For a long time, I struggled with the typical insecurities we all have about our bodies—wondering if I was good enough, attractive enough, or "acceptable" in the eyes of the world. But as I dove deeper into my faith and relationship with Jesus, I started to realize something: God made us naked. That’s how we began, in the Garden of Eden, unashamed and in harmony with Him and His creation. It wasn’t until sin entered the picture that shame came along, and I started to wonder if we had gotten it all wrong when it comes to how we view our bodies.

One evening, I shared these thoughts with my husband. We’d been married for years, and while we’ve always been close, talking about something as unconventional as naturism wasn’t exactly our usual conversation. But, to my surprise, he was open to it. We both started to explore the idea that living as God made us—naked and unashamed—could be a way to draw closer to Him. And let me tell you, it has transformed our lives. It’s not just about shedding clothes; it’s about shedding shame, fear, and the lies that society tells us about our bodies.

There’s a story I love to tell—one that changed everything for me. We were at a secluded lake, my husband and I, taking in the beauty of God’s creation. The breeze was gentle, the water calm, and we both decided to go for a swim, leaving our clothes behind on the shore. I remember standing there, completely exposed, and instead of feeling vulnerable, I felt free. For the first time, I understood what it meant to be “naked and unashamed.” It wasn’t just about my body; it was about being fully present before God, without the layers of insecurity or the need to hide. That day, something clicked in me, and I realized that naturism wasn’t just about being physically naked—it was about living in the freedom that Christ gives us.

So, if you’ve ever wondered if it’s possible to be both a follower of Christ and a nudist, or if you’ve struggled with body image and shame, this book is for you. Together, we’ll explore what the Bible really says about the body, how we can live in freedom without compromising our faith, and how naturism can be a way to glorify God and deepen your walk with Him.
I invite you to come on this journey with me—one of faith, freedom, and learning to love the body God created for you. It’s not about perfection, and it’s certainly not about breaking the rules of modesty or purity. It’s about discovering what it means to be naked and unashamed in both body and soul, just as God intended from the very beginning.
