A great guide to human-to-human selling
Anita has done a great job of sharing her years of experience as both a seller and a coach to weave a story filled with lessons for all people in customer-facing roles.
Buying has always been an emotional process. Buyers often rationalize their buying decisions in a logical manner, but the truth is that emotion, not logic, drives the sale.
There are many great sales books that can guide you through sales skills like discovery, negotiation, etcetera, but there are few that do as good a job of taking you through the human-to-human touchpoints we all must navigate.
