About this listen

Successful sleeping is one of the most important and healthy lifestyles for infants, although this depends on your baby sleeping techniques and methods. Baby sleep training gives you a chance to say goodbye to the long nights from your child and shares you with the plans to help your toddler be able to sleep and wake up as a happy toddler. Understand the nature of sleep, childhood rhythm, and development of normal sleep with the help of the guide. On the other side, learn how to eliminate bedtime difficulties and night-time waking through effective strategies.

The strategies are well researched for new-borns, older babies, and advice to the parents to live with their children happily. Learn the influence of the parental routine on the children and the essential elements of the toddlers from feeding, naptime, and wake time.

The following are some of the strategies you will tackle:

  • Understand baby sleep pattern
  • Choosing a daycare for your baby

  • Communication with your baby
  • Baby regular rest pattern
  • Solving baby sleep problems

English?

This book sounds like a bad google translation! Not sure how much is “lost in translation” but there is really no structure or clear, consistent insight. And the narrator sounds very congested.
Waste of very limited precious time especially when you are dealing with an infant with sleep issues!
