Publisher's summary

Credit is undeniably a part of all our lives. Do we need it and why? Good to great credit can help us get ahead in the world quicker than if we didn't have it. Having it can give us better options when it comes to employment, insurance, buying a car, renting an apartment, or buying a home.

Don't waste your money.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

The author is your typical Scrooge. The basic premise is don't spend your money and Save, Save, Save. Though I believe in smart money management, I expected some insiders strategies about how to pull up your credit score. I thought he would have advice on how it might be better to pay off one credit verse paying down multiple cards.

Has Average Credit Score to Great Credit Score: Tips, Techniques for Better Credit turned you off from other books in this genre?

Yes, until I find an author that really knows what he's talking about.

How could the performance have been better?

The performance was fine. The material was bad.
