Relational Dynamics

Love and Attachment
One of the wisest audiobooks I've ever heard is this one. It explores in great detail how our attachment patterns affect romantic relationships, and I particularly appreciated the useful advice. It's a resource I will definitely be using again because of its excellent pacing.
