Read this book before astral projection!

The author expresses himself very well, so it’s nice to listen to this book. However, the book includes many reports of dreams and astral projections, regardless of whether they are profound or have some sort of meaning or conclusion that can be derived from them. Many times you’re just left hanging as the projection ends. In that sense, it’s a bit like a diary than a cohesive book on the topic.

Virkelig fængslende bog med mange interessante historier og mange gode teknikker. Og forklaringer der er logiske (og i linje med teosofien), men som jeg ikke har set i anden litteratur om emnet.
Han gør det, at han forklarer en teknik ved hjælp af en fortælling om sine egne oplevelser, hvilket gør, at det aldrig bliver kedeligt, hvilket de mere tekniske bøger godt kan blive.

Oplæseren er også supergod. En rolig og behagelig stemme, der aldrig bliver kedelig. Interessant, men aldrig skabagtig og teatralsk.
Jeg vil varmt anbefale den til alle, der er interesserede i emnet!

I don’t know how I just discovered this, but I’m glad I did. The whole book was great and the narration was perfect. I wish he had ended it in a different way, but it’s his book and his choice. I will listen again many times. Except for the ending, this is one of my favorites. Thank you for sharing your insight and experiences.

I first found Vince’s podcast as I curiously sought more information about astral projection. His experiences were interesting and personable. It helped guide my exploration and learn about better techniques. I thought the chapters were organized well and the author wasn’t prescriptive in how things must be done. Recommended.

Excellent book to explore

I didn't like the reader and the material was not for me. I'm deeply interested in OBEs but this made me think that the writer is still part of organized religion. I feel like if you are experienced an OBEs organized religion goes out the window. (respectfully) That's just my opinion.

So here is the deal, I hate writing bad reviews. If you are looking for some theoretical opinions and personal story of the author then dive in. If you were/are like me and were interested in gaining a furthered understanding or methods to achieve something skip this one. I love the voice of the narrator that is the real gold here nothing else. It felt like an auto-biography and not a good one.
