Samantha is a young attorney transported to an alternate reality in her sleep across the Void and time. She soon finds that the world she wakes up in is controlled by an all-powerful System with mechanics similar to the fantasy games she played back on Earth.
After a brutal introduction to her new reality, Samantha (Sam) is given a class explicitly curated by the enigmatic System.
Equal parts artist, survivor, explorer, and battle junkie, Sam's only limitation is her lack of knowledge about her new magical powers and the System controlling her new reality. A limitation she is quickly overcoming as she explores and battles her way across the landscape, learning and improving along the way!
Follow Sam’s adventures as she explores the fantastic and deadly new world she has found herself in.

I am entertained

Book 1 had the perfect balance—not too heavy on the system stuff (which I love reading, just not so much hearing narrated at me). Book 2 leaned into it more, which wasn’t exactly my thing, but the story still had me completely hooked.
I especially loved the MC’s time in the adventurer’s guild. That arc had personality—some fun, some chaos, a bit of drunken nonsense, and a lot of heart. Once she left, though, it started to feel like one non-stop fight after another. Still cool, just… I found myself missing those playful, more grounded moments.
There’s also a good bit of girl-love going on, and heads up—she’s definitely not a one-girl type of… girl. That might not be for everyone, but it worked for me.
If you're into action-packed series with an overpowered main character who keeps pushing her limits and somehow finds herself in danger every other chapter, this series delivers. I just wish it kept a bit more of that carefree spark from Book 1. Still not docking any stars, though—I'm just genuinely surprised this isn’t way more popular.
I freaking loved it.

never managed to make me really care for the main character

The MC becomes some obnoxious drunk who you just want to punch becuase they get drunk and insult everyone and act like they are the center of the world.
Then she makes friends with a human eating mana devourer monster who also wants to sleep with the MC and EAT HER FLESH? Is this book seriously trying to make a likable character of someone who wants to have sex with what they eat?
That just was it for me. Fine make friends with the flesh devouring monster and let it literally cook and eat your body but DONT SLEEP WITH IT.
The author of this might need help. This isn't some blood sucking vampire sort of thing. This is monstrous let's sleep with the wendigo or ghoul try of sickness.
Why is this so gross?

Every bite of food is a wave of pleasure or orgasmic. Every magical upgrade is pleasure on steroids. She feeds mana to her side kick sex slave, and it's endless orgasms. 🤢🤮
Normaly I don't bother worry too much about gratuitous language. But wow, this book feels like it was written by a 14 year old going through puberty studying to become a sailor.
The story itself is fairly weak since the main focus seems to be on sexual distraction. Ultimately seems like the target audience is not actually fantasy (adventure/magic) but instead fantasy (porn). Not my kind of fantasy.
Characters aren't likeable, since perverts and party drunks are rarely likeable.
too pervy for my taste
