Blasphemy is a victimless crime...

I am enjoying this fiction series. It’s has an interesting take on the mythology. The narration is very good. I wouldn’t read this in isolation though, start from the beginning.

If you’ve already been thru the Temple series where Nate fights Zeus you can skip this one. You’ve already got the jist of what’s happening here. It’s got a few other insignificant little battles but skip this one if you already know how Temple Caly love story plays out. This is just her perspective of that situation. A little boring. That being said I do like her series better than Nates. Surprised me too. Books 6 and 7 are the best. So far.

Let me start by saying that I started the Templeverse with this series. I loved the story and the voice of Nicole so I stayed with it and eventually the rest of the books fell into place.

This book was good, but not as exciting as previous books in my opinion. It may have been the narration though. It seemed like at times I was listening to Alexa read the part for Callie. Often I would tune it out and have to rewind to catch what was just said. In previous books Callie was more mysterious, dark and seductive. I don't know, just didn't fancy my listening pleasure this go-around.

In this story you have a few key parts of the overall story arc answered. The performance was excellent as usual.

The White Rose series has not been bad at all. I like this book, but it has so many points that are mind numbingly boring. I am sure that has everything to do with me not being a romance type of girl. I prefer action and story above all else. In truth I have never been a fan of ninjas types either. My biggest complaint with this book is the underling character(s) that keep being more powerful then once presented. And I am sorry, Nate temple still kicked Raui's ass. I do not care what is said by Callie on this.

Can angels swap places? Can demons be saved? Is Callie an Angelic Demonic being? Can we answer these questions? Shayne and Cameron can! Of course if you like a little kink, maybe you should just read the book! You will not be disappointed! The dynamic duo of fanstasy strikes again with this one. Everytime I think,,,well that is as good as it gets…they go and up the ante. Way to go guys. Rock on.
