Acerca de esta escucha

In the fourth book in best-seller Fiona Grace’s new romance series, the end of summer has Ariel Hawthorne struggling with renovation setbacks and zoning issues as she tries to bring her father’s historic B&B back to life. Yet, just when life seems to be settling into a groove, an unexpected antagonist tries to stop her—while her daughter finds herself in trouble. Can Ariel salvage this new small town life?

it was good. but I feel like instead of moving to story along or adding more romance or connection to the characters, she was too busy describing the food or the house etc. like we don't need 2 pages about whats for dinner. feel like more could have happened being book 4 and all.

alright I guess

This was way overkill for descriptions of scenery and every moment. It went on and on and on. I feel like she’s filling space to keep the story going. Also it is entirely unrealistic that a brother would show up unexpectedly and no one do any research to make sure he is truly a brother. You should have spent some time building out that story instead of repeating scenery descriptions over and over. Also the story wasn’t consistent - in one area - Ariel and Kate came up the steps and into the kitchen - twice! Ugh. Because I’m vested to figure out what happened to the father I want to jump to the last book.

The overly dramatic and too much description of every situation.

This book is nothing like the original one. It goes on and on with pages of descriptions. How many times can you say the same thing? Wish I had not purchased it.
