Daily inspiration
That’s the book I’ll choose to listen over and over again once had not the best day. I’d recommend it for everyone who is into motivational books (especially Anthony Robbins or Napoleon Hill), it’s like a systemized summary of all you (as a man) need to know about self-motivation.

An actual great quality book!
In my personal life I focused on affirmations before, and I knew that they work before getting this audiobook. When I started to listen to it, I actually got so much more insight about affirmations than I thought I would. There were so many new and great examples that I implemented in my life and they actually work just as well, if not better than my old ones. I would recommend this book to anyone who is into self-help stuff, you should definitely try out affirmations in general, and this book is a good place to start.

This is a nice surprise - great book
I have to admit, I thought this book might be filled with macho BS that wasn't for me, but it's not that at all. It's about empowerment and being positive. And I really enjoyed it. Great narrator too. An excellent way to spend some time. Recommend!
