I would listen to this book over and over! There were times when I would listen in my sleep just to make sure my sub-conscious got the message!

Great book
Every word true. Had the same thoughts about smoke aids Dr.s give out. It doesn't make a bit of sense. It's like giving a half a shot of liquor to a person who has a problem with alcohol

Did not work for me, but good overall...
What did you love best about Allen Carr's Finally Free!?
I love the stories she told. It did make me look at smoking in a whole new way. It comforted me to know other had the same nasty addiction and the same struggle trying to quit.
What did you like best about this story?
It was told well and interesting.
Did Jane Collingwood do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
yes, well done.I listened to it twice so faf and will listen again and again, maybe one day it will be the "right" day to quit.

It did not work for me...yet, I am not giving up on it, I have listened twice and will probably listen a few more times. Its not the miracle it proclaims to be, however a great tool to get you motivated and I am sure it will work for some people

Would you consider the audio edition of Allen Carr's Finally Free! to be better than the print version?
Awesome tool to set yourself free. Even if I had read the tiny little 'easy-say to quit" book a few times, I needed a more in depth text.
I drive a lot and audible works wonders. Go ahead, don't hesitate! If you truly want to free yourself of cigarettes and chain-smoking and be a NON-smoker! BUY THIS BOOK!

Wow!
This book is so different from anything I have read before. I can’t believe how simple yet complex it is to know something is causing harm to the body but being so controlled by an addiction to ignore it. The struggle is real but I am stronger than it.God gives me strength and brought me to this book to end my struggle with nicotine addiction! I’m a non smoker!

Zero, NADA impact! I don't think so, that this book is even close to the original and doesn't change anything in your relation to smoking. It doesn't even have the same points as to why people can't quit smoking. The voice and tone is annoying and makes you reach out for a cigarette. What a waste of time and money.
