Jazz Bashara is a criminal. Well, sort of. Life on Artemis, the first and only city on the moon, is tough if you're not a rich tourist or an eccentric billionaire. So smuggling in the occasional harmless bit of contraband barely counts, right? Not when you've got debts to pay and your job as a porter barely covers the rent. Everything changes when Jazz sees the chance to commit the perfect crime, with a reward too lucrative to turn down.

Great sci-fi stories
Dawn Chapman and Steve Kogan wrote a great series. Aven Shore narrative was great. This set of stories picks up after The Ainoren. One of the main characters steps up,and fulfill his destiny. The stories are interesting, engaging, and fun. The stories will leave you wanting more and leaving you on the edge of your seat. The characters are well written and you get to know more about the world where the story takes place.

The Life of a King
I enjoyed these four short stories which imparted more insight into the life of the King of Aonise. The more I learned about Kendro, the more I liked him. I admired his character as Kendro was reeling from the death of his father, but he stepped up and took his place as king. I was amused by some of the events which took place at court. I am looking forward to more stories in this world. I thought Aven Shore's narration was great, and her performance enhanced the story's entertainment. I was given a copy of the audiobook. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which reflected my honest opinions regarding this audiobook.

Royal Drama
After receiving this Audible I decided it was mostly royalty and a brother accusing instead of circumstances. I'm hoping as I go forward with some of the other books that it becomes a lot clearer and easier to understand manipulation all the things that come with royalty and trying to throw the royals out get royals in just to takeovers and everything else that's going on while the sun is dying is a lot.
