Embark on a thought-provoking journey with Alien View, a satirical exploration of humanity’s most pressing issues.

Author Glen Dawson dismantles conventional perspectives, and urges listeners to shed our human skin to examine our current world beliefs. Through a series of episodic and humor-filled stories, you will gain fresh insights of our collective future.

The impact of science and technology on human behavior has reached the breaking point. In just the past 100 years, the explosion of new technology has dramatically improved our lives. But the existential risks keep multiplying. If we don't take a different approach, we have no hope of surviving, despite the Panglossian promises of our new technological wizards.

Glossing over these issues and living in denial of the grave danger we face is no longer an option... We need to try a different view: ALIEN VIEW.

My new favorite audiobook!!!

Glen Dawson has written a book that is both fascinating and thought-provoking. This audiobook has been keeping me company on my drive to work for the past few days, and I have enjoyed every minute! My favorite aspect of this book is how it explores the impact of science and technology on human behavior. Many of these thoughts have crossed my mind, and hearing them presented in a humorous manner was quite entertaining. The voiceover artists did an outstanding job in bringing the characters and story to life. Their voices were captivating and engaging, making it hard for me to stop listening. I truly appreciate their talent and skill in delivering such a wonderful audiobook experience. Definitely a ten out of ten for Alien View!!!

Interesting challenge of perspectives.

A series of short stories told from the view points of several different species encourages us to view a variety of modern topics from their perspectives. Challenges our perspective by using species analogies to modern society and takes an interesting view on the interaction between science, technology, and human behavior. This book helps cultivate the type of critical thinking that seems to be increasingly scarce by encouraging this change in frame of reference and perspective, often showing that there can be valid arguments on both sides of divisive issues.
