Staying active and feeling great
I’ve been looking for something to help my mom stay active. She loves traveling but is having trouble with her knees and hips. This wall Pilates routine is perfect. The exercises are gentle but effective, making her feel stronger and more flexible without overdoing it. It’s going to be a regular part of her week, She loves that it’s tailored for seniors like her, with clear instructions that are easy to follow. Highly recommend giving it a go!

Excellent exercise info for the mind and body.
Audrey Darric's Active Living Wall Pilates for Seniors contains a plethora of information on how seniors can improve their health and well-being. Physical fitness, health, and well-being are traits many seniors lack in the US these days.
I found the meditation information in chapter eight to be particularly interesting. It can be difficult for many people to commit to either an exercise routine or meditation. It is a wonderful idea to combine these two activities into one session.
I tried the five-minute meditation and found it to be a great segue into the relaxation content and then into the exercise routine. The meditation made me realize how badly I needed to do the exercises.
I wouldn't hesitate to refer this audiobook on wall pilates exercises to anyone over forty.

Effective and Harmonious!
Wall Pilates for Seniors, as I have discovered through this audiobook, has breathed new life into my daily routine. The instructions for the movements are thorough, detailed and easy to follow. I love the way that mindfulness is woven into all of the movements, making it a moving meditation for me. I feel much more mentally, emotionally and physically balanced as I reflect on my daily practice. Wall Pilates is a wonderfully challenging practice for seniors!
