Staying active and feeling great

I’ve been looking for something to help my mom stay active. She loves traveling but is having trouble with her knees and hips. This wall Pilates routine is perfect. The exercises are gentle but effective, making her feel stronger and more flexible without overdoing it. It’s going to be a regular part of her week, She loves that it’s tailored for seniors like her, with clear instructions that are easy to follow. Highly recommend giving it a go!

An Empowering Guide

This is perfect for anyone looking to stay active and vibrant, even though the mirror says that they are aging every day.
This has 30 guided wall, Pilates, poses and routines
I was particularly impressed by the emphasis on mindful breathing, warm-ups, and cool downs, and ensuring that I was doing everything safe and effective
I love the fact that I can do this in the privacy of my own home.

Excellent exercise info for the mind and body.

Audrey Darric's Active Living Wall Pilates for Seniors contains a plethora of information on how seniors can improve their health and well-being. Physical fitness, health, and well-being are traits many seniors lack in the US these days.

I found the meditation information in chapter eight to be particularly interesting. It can be difficult for many people to commit to either an exercise routine or meditation. It is a wonderful idea to combine these two activities into one session.

I tried the five-minute meditation and found it to be a great segue into the relaxation content and then into the exercise routine. The meditation made me realize how badly I needed to do the exercises.

I wouldn't hesitate to refer this audiobook on wall pilates exercises to anyone over forty.

A great wall pilates audiobook!

I absolutely love this audiobook, especially because my mom and I have been doing the wall pilates routines together! I was looking for a low-impact workout that we would both enjoy and still see results from, and this guide has been perfect for both of us. The narration is clear, calm, and easy to follow.
The best part is the flexibility of the routines—whether we have 15 minutes or 45, there's always something that fits our schedule. The mindfulness and breathing techniques have also been a huge plus. My mom and I both feel fitter, and it’s become a great bonding activity for us.
I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a gentle but effective way to stay active and centered. It's truly a gem!

Staying Active As You Age

I just finished listening to "Active Living Wall Pilates for Seniors." This is a great book—easy to understand and follow. I bought it in the hopes of getting in better shape and increasing my flexibility, and it has done just that. It offers lots of ways to increase flexibility, balance, and endurance. I am starting a program on Monday using the 30 poses mentioned in the book, and I will stick to this practice for 30 days. I love that I can choose which workouts you want. I will use 25 to 45 minutes based on my actual time. I highly recommend this book!

Wonderful Guide
