Excellent Resource
Excellent resource for helping to internalize concepts for effective accountability systems for improving teaching and learning. The format is great for those who travel alot. The listener can reflect on concepts while listening to the audio book.
The only reason I did not give this audio book a rating of 5 is that there is frequent reference to "see appendices data disk" and I have not been able to locate that component.

Good content, painful narration
This was helpful for me to strengthen my understanding of the moving parts of school improvement. The narration was like an AM radio news update. I had to replay parts frequently as my brain actively tried to shield me from hearing any more of it, but ultimately I think it may have been worth it. Definitely should have gotten the hard copy.
