Meditations and so much more...

Val Rogers' approach to the meditation process and insight into the spirit/nature connection is remarkable. I have practiced many forms of guided meditation over the years and this experience was truly restorative. The accompanying artwork is both ethereal and stunning. I ended up ordering the paperback too for easy reference and for the beautiful illustrations. I highly recommend!

The author’s knowledge and voice are so calming.

This is the first meditation I have ever listened to. I really enjoyed the content of this book and learning how to meditate. The author’s voice was calm and soothing. Highly recommend.

Wonderful indelible memories

The authors voice feels very safe and calming.The way she tells her stories/experiences is very non judgmental and makes you feel she understands a regular day in real life. But she’s there to help you relax through your daily stresses. The music and sounds are beautiful I love the water and fire chapters. Thank you for making me feel I can do this at my pace.Theres no wrong or right way.I can do it for 15 minutes or to help when Im going to sleep.I appreciate how good I felt as an end result.I would highly recommend.

Refreshing!

Very soothing! A great book to help find peace and serenity. It offers a fresh perspectives and brought a sense of calm. Meditation is my new favorite thing!

As a person new to the world of meditation, I found this extremely easy to step away from a busy life and to tap into my inner peace and calm. I listened to these mediations during my daily walk as well as various moments of being alone. I found myself wanting to seek additional opportunities for short moments of solitude. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to connect to the basic principles presented. Val's tone and delivery was relaxing, articulate and pleasing. I look forward to more mediations by Val Rogers.

Meditation toolkit

I especially liked the chapter on how to use this book and meditations. For instance, meditating on the illustrations in the book and using your own voice to speak out the meditations. I found the author voice peaceful and a helpful guide. Lastly, you don’t need to overthink meditation - it is unique to each of us even standing in line at the grocery store!

Amazing and accessible meditation for nature lovers

The audio version of “A Pagan’s Path to Meditation” is exquisite. I adore the book’s tie to the classical elements: water, earth, air and fire.
A step above the printed version, it allows you to close your eyes and listen to the author. It gives you the opportunity to relax and transcend the chaos of life, exploring nature and finding a sense of peace.
It isn’t a one and done, I come back to my favorite meditations time and time again. Rogers’ writing is intuitive. It’s a warm embrace of words that soothe my soul. If you are searching for emotional comfort, or connection to self, these meditations provide solace.
Ideal for 10 - 20 minute listening sessions, each meditation can be clipped and bookmarked.
Rogers’ voice and cadence are pleasant for listening and allow sufficient time for breath and visualization, perfectly paired with music.
If you are interested in mediation but not sure where to begin, Rogers offers beautifully guided meditations and relatable messages that are great for everyone.
