Princess Cordelia is used to being overshadowed by her many brothers and sisters. So when she's offered the chance to attend her brother's wedding in a faraway kingdom, she leaps at it. In Northhelm, she'll finally have the chance to stand out. And maybe, just maybe, she'll even find romance.

I usually listen to my audiobooks over the course of a few days but I couldn’t stop listening to this one! I loved Ferdy and Cordelia so much. I’m glad in the end looks didn’t matter to her! I have to see if there is another book in this wonderful realm.

A WONDERFUL SHORT NOVELLA BY MELANIE CELIER. EACH TALE IS A TREASURE UNLIKE THE ONE BEFORE IT. A SWEET FUN TALE AND THE NARRATOR IS AMAZING WITH BRINGING THE CHARACTERS TO LIFE!

The author has a real attention to detail when writing this retailing it’s both a story within itself and a fairytale. I enjoyed it immensely.

My rating: ⭐️⭐️

My thoughts: This was very dull. A lot of characters, but I could follow events. Part of me felt like it would have been better if I had read the books before this one, and the other part of me doesn't think I can endure an entire novel like this. Overall not a fan.

Recommend to others?: Only for those that love Retellings and Fairytales.
