My Favorite My Only

When something terrible happened in my personal life, I got sleep meds from the doctor but after a couple of weeks I wanted to try sleeping without them. I had never been able to fall asleep quickly in my life. It always took me 90 minutes to 2 or three hours even as a child. I listen to this for six days in a row. At first I hated the music so much but by the sixth day and since then for the last 12 years, I have been able to go to sleep quite quickly 99 nights out of 100. It’s a miracle. Belleruth Naparstek is the best the best the best. Thank you so much for making this and sharing it with me. It has improved my life so much!!!!
I work as a therapist, and I always recommend this for people who struggle to sleep. Try it for multiple nights and see what you think. ❤️

“This is Audible” wakes me up

Belleruth was introduced to us by Johns Hopkins Hospital many years ago. I bought Audible format, but after I doze off, I am awaken by the loud man’s voice saying: “This has been Audible…”

I got rid of my sleep meds

I used to have to take medication to sleep. After listening to this recording over the past week ( I will keep listening), I no longer need my sleep meds. I’ve ordered several other titles from this author. GREAT

Kindle remove the announcement at the end

Bela's audios are excellent. Kindle please remove your announcements at the end. The harsh "Audible hopes you have enjoyed this program ." at the end of all the meditation tapes makes no sense at all. They wake me after I fall asleep during the meditation.

How to fix the guy shouting "THIS IS AUDIBLE" at the end so you don't get hooked back awake:

Hi folks, I notice that these reviews and the reviews on the app are different, so I'll try to put it on the app too.
Anyway this is a wonderful way to fall asleep. Her voice is very soothing and relaxing. I have many of Belleruth's titles and have loved them for years. I'm glad to see them available on audible.
But for that very obnoxious jolt you out of your sleep problem at the end problem, use your timer. It's on the bottom, third button from the left.
I just added up the time of both the meditation and the affirmations and subtracted a couple minutes.
Problem solved! No more annoying dude shouting you awake. So I hope this helps whoever sees it.

Audible ruined this

This is a wonderful meditation and it put me to sleep. BUT then I was awakened by a male voice thanking me for using audible. No more sleep after that. I want to return it but I can’t find a way to do it. One unfortunate use.
