This book brought me knowledge in to basics of what AI is. I now know that AI is involved in my life a lot more than I thought. Knowing that this science will be more involved in our lives as each day goes by , Tells me to adapt my current practice to now be left behind. AI is less and less artificial, more mainstream!
Peterson’s book is an enlightening and accessible guide that explains the complex world of AI. Peterson takes readers on a journey through the history, current applications, and ethical considerations of artificial intelligence, making difficult and techy concepts understandable for all. I was initially skeptical, even wary of A.I., which intimidated me, but after reading this book, I feel much more confident with the subject.
The book begins by exploring AI’s origins and its evolution into today’s groundbreaking innovations. The author delves into how AI is already a part of our daily lives, from medical diagnostics to personalized marketing, often without our realization. He also addresses pressing questions about the ethical implications of AI and how individuals and businesses can adapt to utilize the benefits of an AI-driven world.
I learned a lot because it’s clear, concise, and full of relatable examples, making complex topics easier to understand. He provides practical insights on how to adapt skills and mindset for an AI-driven future, and wisely emphasizes the importance of responsible and ethical use of technology. Build up acceptance and understanding
As someone who generally tells people I don't want to use AI whenever I am given a chance, it was fascinating to listen to this book and discover how many ways I am actually already engaging with AI without knowing it. Honestly, with this book's help to gain a bit more understanding, I think I can start to loosen up just a little bit in my resistance to using AI. It's interesting to think about how much more of an influence it will have very very soon too. If you are nervous about what AI currently is, or what it might become, this book might do a fantastic job of easing your nerves and getting you interested instead.

AI Finally Makes Sense
I just finished this book, and I actually get AI now. I’ve always been curious about it but found most explanations either too complicated or just boring. This book kept it straightforward without feeling dry or overly technical. It explained how AI is being used today and what it might mean for the future, which was really interesting. I liked that it didn’t just focus on the positives but also talked about the risks. If you’re new to AI, this is a solid intro.
