I found this to be a lovely audiobook to listen to - it is full of great advice but is delivered in such a gently encouraging manner. There are lots of tips, with helpful actionable steps, to help you improve your emotional intelligence and thus improve relationships, both personal and professional. Just about everyone will find at least a few chapters that resonate with their particular challenges in life.

The book doesn’t lecture, like some self help books can, it guides. It covers burnout, emotional regularion and even how to deal with conflict. I've read alot of self help books, and this one is at the top...get it.
