Story
In this intriguing business novel, which illustrates state-of-the-art economic theory, Alex Rogo is a UniCo plant manager whose factory and marriage are failing. To revitalize the plant, he follows piecemeal advice from an elusive former college professor who teaches, for example, that reduction in the efficiency of some plant operations may make the entire operation more productive. Alex's attempts to find the path to profitability and to engage his employees in the struggle involve the listener; and thankfully the authors' economic models.

Do we need all publishing details?
ISBN numbers and disclaimers should be left out of an audio book. It’s irrelevant and takes valuable time away from an already relative short book for the money asked.

5S?
A brief overview.
The 5S comes from Japan in which the words all start with the letter S. With a bit of effort they also start with the letter S in English.

Enough of the that; lean manufacturing; eliminate waste; workers fear change; convince them to change; lay them off when they are no longer needed as a result of their and their co-workers willingness to accept change. Having problems hire us to consult. Buy LED boards as they automatically lead to desirous outcome when the correct numbers are posted on them. Eliminate waste; lean manufacturing; six sigma can help to. If you are not going to hire us, at least hire someone. In conclusion we can help you understand the vague techniques in this book as well as convince your employees to trust you, so you can betray them. Here is our web address; hire us.
The book does actually have some decent information, but it tends to be pretty vague and is mostly about selling consultancy, in my opinion.

Too Repetitive, Good Substance, Average Speaker
The book wasn't bad in regards to the overall content, however the delivery and voice of the speaker was not that good, and the content repeated in every chapter. I wouldn't really suggest this book.

It was a long, repetitive commercial for lean
Would you try another book from Ade Asefeso MCIPS MBA and/or Samuel Fleming?
no
What was most disappointing about Ade Asefeso MCIPS MBA’s story?
It provided no actual information. It kept promising to, but then just kept repeating the same sales pitch over and over again. This was the first time I've ever written a negative review.
Would you listen to another book narrated by Samuel Fleming?
Indifferent
What character would you cut from 5S Lean Manufacturing?
NA

This is a commercial not a book
Would you try another book from Ade Asefeso MCIPS MBA and/or Samuel Fleming?
Absolutely not.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from 5S Lean Manufacturing?
Every single internet address read out loud.
Any additional comments?
This was the most horrible listen I've had during my years with audible. This book is a lengthy commercial and you can learn more about 5S and Lean by using the same amount of time to Google either of them. Also it was horrible that the narrator didn't even try the correct pronounciation of the Japaneze words associated with either.
