I’m now fasting clean

In the last year I’ve lost 65 lbs by going keto, but I finally hit a plateau with my weight loss. I came across Gin talking about IF, read both her books and I am so excited to start my 28 days clean fasting and the continuing heath benefits I will be experiencing as a 50 year old woman just starting menopause. Now that I know the heath benefits I WILL be a IF for life.

there are no fasting supplements, bars or treats

Easy to follow. The how and more importantly, the way is explained in a way we can all understand and appreciate.

Great for beginners

As an experienced IFer I read this book to keep me motivated. Gin is such a great teacher and I love listening to her. If you are just starting your fasting journey, I highly recommend having Fast Feast Repeat on hand to go with this book. You’re going to love this lifestyle!

The repetition was helpful for learning

Excellent companion book to Fast, Feast, Repeat.

This guide takes you through the first 28 days of starting or restarting intermittent fasting. Gin is very clear that it is meant for people who don’t yet want to read the in-depth science and more detailed explanation of FFR or for people who want to use the Fast Start in conjunction with FFR. The physical book has places to write your answers to prompts and to check off accomplishments, but you can do that in a notebook if you only get the audiobook. If you enjoy hearing Gin’s own voice on her podcasts, as many do, you will enjoy hearing a little from her each day as you progress through the book.
