Helpful to improve inner peace

My favorite is the stress relief meditation. Sometimes life can be so hectic and it’s hard to get myself back in a positive headspace. It’s nice to have guided meditations like this to get me back there.

Great before bed!

I'm an advocate for meditation. It induces deep and long sleep (Your dreams are pretty vivid too). If you're having trouble getting a routine, I would highly recommend checking this book out. It really puts you in a good place and is a great starting point for anyone having trouble with their mindset and wanting some relief.

Life changing

This audiobook helped me through an anxiety catastrophe. More than a psychologist and medication, I feel like this book gave me tools to use but also normalized my anxiety and made me feel less alone.

Interesting

Guided meditation is becoming popular and until my son told me that it has been his practice for a long time I wouldn’t have known. This audiobook is quite interesting.

Wow!

When I use the term meditate it refers to just let me think about an issue to try and work it out. In theory, that's correct however the issue in this instance was not being able to rest or take a moment to unwind. I struggled to get through this book because the techniques worked very well! Thank you and I will use this often.

This is so needed by people today. I know I really needed so much of this and I have been and will be listening to this many times. I am already sleeping better and I can't wait to get all the benefits of this great audiobook. I highly recommend this to everyone, it will change your life.

Brilliantly Explained

Just Wow. I haven't even made it halfway through this audiobook and I feel very called out haha! I see a lot of the things I do when it comes to overthinking and this audiobook hits the nail on the head. Gives great examples and ways to overcome overthinking and is a very encouraging and uplifting audiobook! The author did a great job.

Will listen over and over

The meditations are wonderful! Voice is so important for meditations and the narrator’s voice to calming and soothing. Why I will listen to over and over the chapters a separated into different moods or emotions you may be having and can listen to that specific meditation to help with what I am feeling at different times. Really enjoyed
