God called me to preach at the age of 11, and three years later, in 1987, I began preaching. My pastor taught me to be intentional about “sermon seeds,” writing down ideas and studying and preaching them when able. This book is a collection of un-preached messages from 1987 to the present. Through the years, my files have grown from hand-written notes to electronic notes on tablets, computers, and smartphones. These files encourage me, especially when my emotional well runs dry.
