I am here given five methods which is totally pravent the suicides. most of the people does not aware about this thoughts. So they always fall prey to these suicidal thoughts. But if you give them some practice they will easily get out of it. But unfortunately, they will never go to a psychologist or counselor because their current mental state is always blocking these things. They will easily escape these thoughts if you try to teach them these practices. Then they will never attempt this suicide. But most of the time these things don't work, because we don't fully understand these things....
