This is the true account of a young man who went straight from high school to Vietnam. The author went to Vietnam when he was 17 and was there for three tours. It details his experiences, without holding anything back. This book was written to honor those who served and to help those who didn't serve understand what each person who experiences combat goes through. He believes that if this book helps just one person, then all of the pain and bad memories are work experiencing.
