Americans should be able to carry some sort of protection because you never know when you'll have to use it. To me as the author, I feel like a handgun is protection for yourself and your family. I mean, I don't have to give ya'll any examples, you see it all the time on TV. You never know when someone is going to try to break in your home and try to rob you. It's very important you have something you can respond with in a situation like that because if you don't, the intruder can take complete control of the scene and you won't be able to do anything for your family and home.

A few years back, I was working long hours setting up new businesses. Although I tried to exercise regularly and ate well for the most part, my health was not where it should have been. I felt out of shape, drained, and run-down most of the time. I consulted with many friends who were doctors, nutritionists, and fitness experts, but was told time and again that “age cannot be reversed". Challenge accepted. And so came my inspiration to prove them all wrong, which led me on an incredible journey around the world for the secrets to a youthful life.

Whenever a new diet trend arises, it is often hard to tell the difference between what is true and what is wishful thinking. Many of us want to lose weight but struggle to do so. Every new diet plan is an opportunity; it provides hope that maybe this time one will get positive results.
