School Safety

In the first part, the author makes a diagnosis of the problems that undermine the educational system worldwide. These problems include the shortage of teachers, the teaching method, violence in schools, how students with disabilities and gifted and talented students are taught, poverty, the growing mental issues among students, teachers, and parents, and the impact on education of the COVID-19 pandemic, to name a few.

This book was created to help children and grown-ups to better understand school shootings and school violence incidents and to give them both some ideas of what to do in an emergency situation. While we should always be ready and prepared in case school shootings or school violence incidents occur, we should never let those incidents keep us in fear.
