I think Christian poetry is similar to prayer in that it focuses on the Love of Him who is Faithful and True. If we can write so many poems about love, why not write poetry for the One who is Love Himself? Why not seek love from whom it can be found? This book is titled "Poems For a Faithful Heart" because it is a collection of inspirational poems for God, the One with a Faithful Heart. He is the Lover who seeks us and will never disappoint us.
