This is my 21st philosophy book written in free verse poetry. The chapters include 'characteristics of the New World Order' and 'Sovereign morality'. The political administration creates their own Sovereign morality based on political laws and philosophies. They are designed to overrule any opposition through various political strategies. Yet the elites may have devious plans to control the above ground politics with below ground politics. The history of the World shows the movements of these political objectives. This book shows the reader the will of politics and the rules of power.
