As a professor and student-affairs professional for many years, I have worked with numerous college students in the academic environment who are not doing well in their classes. However, I know that most of these students do want college success. What is hindering them? A major trait these students are lacking is self-discipline. In this audiobook I discuss self-discipline and why it has to be practiced if a student is to succeed in college and life.
