Overcoming Loss

Over 50 percent of women are on a diet at any given time, according to Livestrong, but studies show that diets don’t actually lead to sustained weight loss or health benefits for most people. One of the primary reasons why people regain weight is because it is so hard to stick to a diet. Diets often mean restrictive rules which require you to avoid certain types of food, or to restrict the times you can eat.
