We live in uncertain and perilous times, where life as we know it can change with or without our permission. Our world is incredibly fast and demanding, sometimes not leaving enough hours or minutes each day for us to accomplish everything. Family obligations and personal and professional responsibilities can consume all our time and energy. If we aren't careful, we can get burned out and overloaded with busy work.
