Our children are precious gifts given to us by God. He entrusts us with their care and upbringing. An essential part of our responsibility as parents is to teach our children good manners and character. God strongly emphasizes them as integral to faith. Just as children should be taught ritual acts of worship to God, they should also be taught good manners and etiquette at an early age until it becomes second nature.
