The way to grieve God’s way is to model how Jesus grieved. The Bible teaches that Jesus grieved appropriately, properly, and with an eternal perspective. Jesus’ motivation for all of life was pleasing His Father which influenced His perspective and response to the death of Lazarus, the fall of Jerusalem, and His own death. Drew and Betty Stevens have such a great life. He's a river-cruise boat captain who spends his weeks on the Seine River surrounded by gorgeous French countryside. She's a tour guide working on the same boat! Ah, life is good. And it's about to get better.
