Lillian Diana Gish (October 14, 1893-February 27, 1993) was an American actress whose career spanned 75 years, from 1912, in silent film shorts, to 1987. Gish was called the First Lady of American Cinema, and is credited with pioneering fundamental film performance techniques. She was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for Duel in the Sun and in 1971, she was awarded an Academy Honorary Award for her career achievements. Margaret Yvonne Middleton (September 1, 1922 - January 8, 2007), known professionally as Yvonne De Carlo, was a Canadian-American actress, dancer and singer. She became a Hollywood film star and sex symbol in the 1940s and 1950s, made several musical recordings, and later acted on television and stage. De Carlo won a Laurel Award for Topliner Supporting Actress for her performance in Cecil B. DeMille's The Ten Commandments, and later starred in the tv show, The Munsters, from 1964 to 1966, playing Herman Munster's wife, Lily.
