Young Ryan Jordan is exploring an old abandoned mining town with his father and sister on horseback. The empty wooden shacks, an old church, a cold wind rustling the sagebrush give the kids the creeps. On top of that, Ryan teases his sister about ghosts while holding in his own fear. After they ride through the Boot Hill graveyard, with its forgotten graves, they settle in to their camper for the evening where Ryan must come to grips with his fear.
