Halloween Poetry

I should be whispering this because Halloween is almost upon us. A time of Witches, Ghouls and Hauntings and all kinds of scary things that come out the evening before All Saints Day to wreak havoc... I'm glad you're listening so let us begin.

Ready, set, boo! It’s Halloween night, and there is one house on the block that offers more than just tricks or treats. If you stop by, you might be greeted by two of the friendliest ghosts you could ever meet, and they are dying for someone to stay and play a game with them. Meet Peek and Boo, two lovable characters who invite you into their home for some "not too scary" Halloween fun. But beware, there are many surprising things to see and do inside. If you are brave enough to stay and play, you might meet a lot of others here too.

Fun songs and games will help little trick-or-treaters get ready for the excitement of Halloween night. Kids will play a “Word Wizard” game by thinking of Halloween words that begin with a specific letter. Then they will sing silly songs like “My Monster, Frankenstein,” and “When You Go Trick-Or-Treating.” Little ghosts and goblins will learn important safety tips when trick-or-treating and listen to rhyming poems that will keep everyone happily entertained as they plan for Halloween night.

Five little pumpkins are sitting quietly on a gate until...night falls and they are joined by a cast of creepy characters - witches, spiders, bats, frogs and ghosts - all determined to cause plenty of Halloween mischief. What a terrific treat!
