This book is the result of my investigations into terraforming. This is the idea that in the future we could make other planets, for example Mars and Venus, habitable. I have tried to stick with the science around this subject, but sometimes where no scientific work has been created I've had to look to science fiction instead. However, at least 90% of this book has firm scientific grounding and I have included a bibliography with references to over 1,800 scientific research papers, books and other resources.
